muscle health = Stretching = increased oxygenated nourishing blood flow to the extremities

The key is to increase blood flow to the problem area; fresh nourished blood has vital oxygen
and energy that aides to eliminate the pain and heal the body

The only way to get reinforcements inside our highly complex human body is through the
Circulatory systems that provide vital source needed for all life — which is oxygen and the
carrier being blood.

Unfortunately the blood through your arteries is not like free flowing water through a plumbing
System — the blood needs to be pushed into the remote areas and the impure blood needs to be
Pumped back against gravity to the heart for oxygenation.

Due to lack of activity or stress or sedentary / busy life style
Stretching is not occurring and there is a blood traffic jam in the pipes (thereby increasing free radicals in the impure blood #1 aging accelerator ) and blood circulation weakens which causes several chronic ailments like
Back pain , stress, fatigue , depression , lethargy , aging , early wrinkles , low immunity etc…

How can i prevent pain around shoulder blades when driving?

I work for UPS and when driving the truck long distances i get a pain on my right and left shoulder blades (or the muscles in that area rather). I try to change my posture or seat position and just can’t get rid of it. It doesn’t ever happen in personal vehicles though. Any idea of what I can do to prevent this? It’s getting to the point that I’m not enjoying the job like I use to because of this pain.

Chosen Answer:

Review your sitting posture; something’s not correct. Move seat forward so you are not ‘reaching’ for the wheel, grip hands at 10 and 2 o’clock on the wheel (safer). Have your eyes checked (do you lean head forward of your shoulders?

Your head weighs approx. 9 pounds and every inch your ears are ahead of your shoulders multiplies that weight upon your neck (telescoping pain to shoulder blades).

Why do i feel an extreme sharp pain in my chest?

It’s not the muscle that’s in pain, but more in the center bone or chest cavity area. There’s a sharp pain whenever i breathe in or when i flex/stretch my chest out. I really can’t do anything under this condition, and I’m pretty sure it didn’t come from working out either, cause I’ve been lifting weights for a good three years and have never felt this pain before.

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. It’s been bothering me for a two whole day now.

Chosen Answer:

There are many conditions that you may have but to get a correct diagnosis be sure to contact a doctor. I have a condition like this but it happens randomly and not when I flex or stretch my chest. It is called costochondritis, the inflammation in the rib cage. It is not severe or life threatening but it is a pain in the butt. So, as I said you may have Myositis, Fibromyalgia, TBCWP or Transitory Benign Chest Wall Pain. To verify, is it right near the middle of your chest, that little line between like a trench running down the middle of your chest? Tell me anything else! Thanks. Please make me best answer and read my name.

What is Sciatica? How long will a person suffer pain with this?

The pain started at the back in the lumbar area and the pain radiates to the toe of the left leg. After a course of treatment with pain killers and muscle relaxent the pain persists.I want to know how long will it be there? How can it be get ridden?

Chosen Answer:

Sciatica is pain, tingling, or numbness produced by an irritation of the nerve roots that lead to the sciatic nerve. The most common cause of sciatica is a bulging or ruptured disc (herniated disc) in the spine pressing against the nerve roots that lead to the sciatic nerve. However, sciatica also can be a symptom of other conditions that affect the spine, such as narrowing of the spinal canal (spinal stenosis), bone spurs (small, bony growths that form along joints) caused by arthritis, or nerve root compression (pinched nerve) caused by injury. In rare cases, sciatica can also be caused by conditions that do not involve the spine, such as tumors or pregnancy.

In many cases, sciatica will improve and go away with time. Initial treatment usually focuses on medicines and exercises to relieve pain. You can help relieve pain by:

Putting ice or a cold pack on the middle of the lower back.
Avoiding sitting (unless it is more comfortable than standing).
Alternating lying down with short walks. Increase your walking distance as you are able to without pain.
Taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen (Advil) or naproxen (Aleve).
Additional treatment for sciatica depends on what is causing the nerve irritation. If your symptoms do not improve, your health professional may suggest physical therapy, injections of medicines such as steroids, or even surgery for severe cases

Are muscle pains (similar in feeling to growing pains) a side effect of starvation?

I’ve been feeling mild growing pains in the area between my hips and ribs and the muscles of my calf. My mother, who thinks I am anorexic, thinks it’s a side effect of starvation. Does that happen? Or am I just growing?

Chosen Answer:

Yes, if someone is anorexic it can cause muscle pains throughout the body.

I don’t know how old you are but depending on how old you are it is possible this could be related to growing pains.

I would recommend talking to the school nurse as well to see what they say.

How to heal muscle pain asap?

I have been working out for about an hour everynight really killing my body. And all my muscles are pulled and ache. And I work as a waitress and have to be able to function without too much pain. Any great tricks to ease the pain asap?

Chosen Answer:

Well I also workout and run cross country…It’s always best to stretch before working out and massaging the area like the muscle and limbs where you feel the pressure at afterwards. Usually parallel to the muscle. I do that every time and I have soreness for at most a day if I push my hardest.
Definitely drink water before and after.
Some people use a cold/hot patch for muscle pain.

How to stop muscle pain after working out?

I think I strained my muscles while doing sit ups yesterday and today I have really bad pain in that area and it kinda hurts it when I pee I don’t know the technical way to say this but it feels like my pee tube (Is ashamed for saying that) is being stretched and it also feels that way sometimes when I just move to quickly? What exactly have I done to myself? And how long will it take to fix itself?
Ok thanks for answering :)

Chosen Answer:

I don’t think you strained or pulled anything. You could’ve but I doubt. Your muscles have fibers that are ripped apart and are repairing. Anytime you don’t use a muscle enough and then suddenly use it repeatedly and at high intensity, it will hurt for a few days.

Just stay hydrated, eat plenty of food and plenty of food that contains protein, and sleep. You need your sleep more than usual to let your body take care of itself.

Also crunches are more effective than situps. Situps use other body parts to thrust you up each repetitions. Try crunches. Do the crunches that require you to touch your elbows to your thighs each repetition. Also be sure to have the very top of your back and shoulders to hit the floor every rep. Your head does not have to.

would kidney pain feel similar to muscle pain?

I have a pain in my mid to lower left back area. It feels like a muscle pain but there is a possibility that vitamin overdose could be effecting my kidney. would this kind of pain feel similar to a muscle pain?
There is also a possibility of a pinched nerve because a lesser pain going from the left of my neck all down my left arm.

Chosen Answer:

I don’t think this is a kidney problem. Muscle pain feels very different from internal kidney pain. Pain in the kidneys is usually from kidney stones, which is sharp pain which comes in waves.

If you have a kidney infection or some mild kidney disease it would likely show some more symptoms such as jaundice. blood in urine or nausea.

I am about 29 weeks pregnant and I have pain at the top of my stomach. Anyone know what it could be?

I have pain at the top of my stomach, it is kind of a burning sensation (kind of like heart burn). I don’t have a clue what it could be. I have had it for a few weeks now, but just in the past week it actually hurts to run my fingers across the area. Does anyone have a clue what it could be? I know it isn’t contractions because it isn’t a muscle tightening pain and it doesn’t come and go, it’s constant and has become quite painful in the past 2 weeks. Thank!

Chosen Answer:

:S I have no idea. I think you should go see a doctor very soon… like tomorrow.
