The pain after the morning work out isn’t that bad but after the evening work out my leg muscles become so stiff that I can hardly walk properly. I usually end up sleeping at 9 pm or something. I tried taking some pain killers, but it hardly works. I didn’t felt any relief.
You have to stretch before you go to bed. You do certain things with your legs when you point your foot straight that pretty much locks up your legs. You have to stretch and you can also ice where you are real sore.

My appendix ruptured and had to have an emergentcy laparoscopic appendectomy Tuesday afternoon. I was release from hospital Friday evening without having had a bowel movement. Since Friday, Saturday morning I passed a very small amount of poo and yesterday I passed a very small amount if poo. The doctors told me to eat normally since I could tolerate food but I’ve eaten at least three full meals in addition to pudding cups, applesauce and cup of noodles and still have not gone #2 very much. I’m afraid I’m going to start throwing up if i don’t dedicate soon.
Oxycodone 15mg 4 or 5 times a day
Doc Q Lace 100mg 2 times a day
Carisoprodol 350mg 3 or 4 times a day
Amoxicillin. 875mg 2 times a day
Naproxen. 500mg twice a day
Anyone ad similar problems or know what I can do/eat to help it along?
Well…the oxycods don’t help. Neither does the Carisprodol. Not going very much is better than none. If you STOP going altogether, then we can see the doctor again. Your body is messed up, not only from the infection, but also the surgery and meds. Give it a few more days. A little more fiber in your current diet to help you go. Metamucil is a great help for this.
