Why do I sometimes get a pain in my anus after an orgasm?

Very strange but for a few months now I sometimes get a real pain in my anus after I orgasm. I cannot sit or lie down afterwards. It seems to disappear after about 20 minutes and it does help if I walk around. This doesn’t happen after every orgasm. I don’t know if it’s related but I have started to dribble after weeing as well.

Chosen Answer:

It sounds like you have some weak muscles and need to do Kegel exercises to strengthen them. The muscles involved in having an orgasm and stopping your urine stream are the same. That’s probably why you dribble too. Do 25 Kegels every day, holding them for a 5 second contraction. You’ll see a big difference in a couple if weeks, and the pain should disappear when you orgasm.

I am having shoulder pain after getting hit during a soccer match?

We were going for the ball when we had a shoulder to shoulder challenge and a few places on my arm went numb for a couple of seconds. Now I am having pain when I lift my arm over my head. The pain is towards the top of the deltoid. I am worried because over the summer I dislocated my shoulder playing baseball and had to go to physical therapy and some visits to acupuncture to fix. The pain resembles the pain I had when I dislocated my shoulder but the bone isnt out of place this time. Any ideas on what I could have done to it?

Chosen Answer:

you should try acupuncture! it does wonders! i’ll try to explain what oriental medicine thinks of dislocated shoulders and every symptom that comes afterward: you dislocated your shoulder because your hamstring and muscles energy (chi energy) around that area is deficient (=low) so it couldn’t withstand the pressure it was put under when you dislocated your shoulder. the it poped back into place but the energy didn’t recover. your body’s defensive energy (wei energy) tried to help and it got stuck around the area because it cant do much when your hamstring and muscle energy is deficient. so the pain that comes afterwards is basicly from the constant accumulation of wei energy around the points where it first got hit when you dislocated. i can almost bet that the pain that you feel its not easy to locate but its more of a cold current arround the area going down along the arm and up to the spine and neck. so, in accupunctre, what they’re going to do is rearange your chi energy that is afecting the hamstring and muscles of that area. right in the first consult you’ll feel positive effects such as more mobility without almost any pain. it’s a fairly easy treatment and it has a great rate of success. the needles dont hurt at all!!! hope it helps!!

What is a good solution to my neck pain?

I got whiplash from a fall 2 years ago. Ever since, I have had chronic neck pain. I get tons of knots in my neck and my C1-C4 vertebraes rotate out of place. This gives me a limited range of motion and constant pain. My mom massages my neck and I apply heat daily. I have tried acupuncture, massage, occupational therapy, physical therapy, chiropractor, biofeedback, traction, neck pillows, and different pain meds and muscle relaxers. What other suggestions do you have to help?

Chosen Answer:

I did sort out my chronic neck pain by using a simple exercise at home every few hours. I found it in this ebook on

I also bought this device and it changed my life

If i had a miscarrage and im still getting abdominal pain and lower back pain is that normal?

I think I had a miscarriage I was only 3 weeks but I didn’t know if I was pregnant but I started spotting two days ago and then yesterday I started getting bad abdominal pain and started feeling shaky and ever since yesterday IV been bleeding a lot and a lot if blood clots have been coming out. Did I really have a miscarriage and the pain is still there is that normal?

Chosen Answer:

We don’t know if you had a miscarriage. This could be normal menstrual cramps. The cramps are caused by contractions of the uterus before and during your period. The contractions cause the uterus to press against blood vessels which briefly cuts off the oxygen supply to the muscle tissue of the uterus, which is what caused the pain.

Some things you can do are to avoid salt, caffeine, smoking and alcohol which can all make them worse. Rest when you need to. Massage your back and abdomen. Use a heating pad or hot water bottle to apply heat or take a warm bath or shower – heat can often relieve the cramps. And get more exercise as a general rule. Women who exercise regularly tend to have less trouble with cramps.

You will find more information here.

If you think you did have a miscarriage you should probably check with your doctor.

what can I do with painful strained leg and hip muscles?

4 months ago I strained my leg and hip muscles that happened at work. The pain gone but today I felt the same pain. I have a hard time lifting my leg and if I put pressure into it I’ll suffer hip pain. It’s very painful. It’s not sciatic pains, is this normal?

Chosen Answer:

RICE is the standard treatment protocol for mild to moderate muscle strains.
Rest. Avoid putting weight on the hip. Your doctor may suggest using crutches for the first day or two after the injury.
Ice. Gently massage the area with ice to help decrease swelling.
Compression. Compression shorts or a wrap bandage may be helpful.
Elevation.
If you want to know more about bone health and related injuries, there are articles that I bumped into at http://www.strykerhipreplacementrecall.net/ that may be of great help to you.

Can upper abdominal pain occur during your period?

I’m 15 years old and I’m known for having severe menstrual cramps, but i haven’t had upper abdominal pain before. Is this normal? I woke up at 3:30 in the morning with upper abdominal cramps and haven’t been able to fall back asleep.

Chosen Answer:

It could be normal, especially if you’re known for severe menstrual cramps. However, if this persists, then you may have an inflammation of the pancreas. You’d have to give more information though (general location of the pain; is it a sharp pain or a deeper, throbbing pain/ pain of the muscles?).

muscle health = Stretching = increased oxygenated nourishing blood flow to the extremities

The key is to increase blood flow to the problem area; fresh nourished blood has vital oxygen
and energy that aides to eliminate the pain and heal the body

The only way to get reinforcements inside our highly complex human body is through the
Circulatory systems that provide vital source needed for all life — which is oxygen and the
carrier being blood.

Unfortunately the blood through your arteries is not like free flowing water through a plumbing
System — the blood needs to be pushed into the remote areas and the impure blood needs to be
Pumped back against gravity to the heart for oxygenation.

Due to lack of activity or stress or sedentary / busy life style
Stretching is not occurring and there is a blood traffic jam in the pipes (thereby increasing free radicals in the impure blood #1 aging accelerator ) and blood circulation weakens which causes several chronic ailments like
Back pain , stress, fatigue , depression , lethargy , aging , early wrinkles , low immunity etc…

What causes pains on the right side of my chest?

Last night was the worst ever, it is normally a dull pain that travels around my chest, up my neck and down my arm.
Last night it stayed on the right side after travelling, it settled on the right side and felt like it was tying a knot of all the tissues and muscles beneath my skin. The pain was excrutiating!

Can anyone tell me what it is and if there’s any eastern therapy that can help. I have already told doctors but they can’t help. Because tthey don’t have anything that can help. Pain killers or muscle relaxants don’t work.

I have it for years on and off. Usually when my body is under stress like too much travelling.

Please don’t ignore me.
@ ? the web page did not work.
@ ? I can’t take tramadol

To everyone else:

I’m just looking for a way to ease the pain.Hopefully through eastern medicine because I’m a sick little lady and can’t take anymore western medicine

Why do I have extreme pain when my leg falls asleep?

After my leg falls asleep I don’t experience a tingly sensation but an extreme pain as the feeling returns to my leg. Every time the feeling begins to return to my leg I get extreme, immobilizing pain. If I move one muscle then a wave of pain and muscle tension shoots through me before everything gradually fades and returns to normal. I usually just grit my teeth and take deep breaths and try not to move while the feeling is returning. Is it normal for the pain to be this bad?

Chosen Answer:

I have that sometimes. I think you’re fine, but if it continues I would go to the doctor.
