Help me to rid this throbbing back pains, please i need no medicine or pain killers.
It could be anything, nerve problem, muscle problem or a number of other things…It is impossible to answer your question without knowing what the actual problem is. Go to your Doctor and have him/her send you for a CT or MRI scan.
The wrong type of treatment or exercises can do more damage than good and you need to have your back properly diagnosed prior to ANY treatment.
Again you do need to have a CT / MRI scan or such done before allowing ANYONE to touch your back.
Get a professional opinion from the radiologist doing the scan in his report to your doctor and then go from there.

I’m here right now, 1am in the morning and my left side of my shoulder and little bit connecting to the neck is this unplesant muscle pain. its not stinging, sharp or any of that serious hospital manner but rather just a bother. i slept the wrong way and woke up with this little pain about 6 hours ago.
how can i get rid of it? keep in mind its 1am and cant go buy a hot and cold patch or anything else.
Apply warm water on ur shoulder with d help of a cloth.
Cotton cloth is preffered. Fold d cloth. Put sme drops of olive oil in warm water. Soak d cloth in d water n keep it on d affected area. Do 4 abt 15 min.
Repeat d procedure bt heating d water if it bcmes normal.
It may help.

I’ve had some terrible pain in my back for 3 weeks. I went to see my doctor twice and she insisted that it was only some muscle pain which could be relieved by doing some sports, swimming for example. I tried sports but it didn’t help. I had my chest X-rayed and it said there was nothing wrong. Then I tried an analgesic rub used by athletes for muscle and joint pain and it worked very well but didn’t give me a permanent relief. I suspect that it might be a pinched nerve and I don’t know what to do with it.
It usually starts in the afternoon, getting worse and worse before I go to bed.
I am 23 and otherwise I’m functioning very well.
Go to a chiropractor…and soon! If it does have to do with the nerves, then it would be best for you to make an appointment soon, and use liquid ice packs to cool your back…but don’t do it for too long. Do twenty minutes on, and then about an hour and a half off….and keep going like that. DO NOT use a heating pad….heating pads are good for muscles, but…with nerves it could increase the pain…wait for a diagnosis from a chiropractor before heating…muscles are good with heating..but not all nerves are. Also, don’t overwork your back by trying to lift heavy things…have friends help you. Try to get a lot of bed rest!
Best wishes, and hope your back feels better

i have pain all over my body
what all could be causing this also
You are definitely sick and you should immediately go to a doctor. There is obviously something wrong with your health that’s why you feel series of pains. Consult your doctor immediately for you to be given proper medication and treatment so as to prevent the pain from getting worse. Regarding hip pain, you should know that it is a common problem, and it can be confusing because there are several causes. It is important to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your symptoms so that appropriate treatment can be directed at the underlying problem.

Every time I do sit-ups, when ever I pull myself up, the muscle in my upper thigh hurts.
Am I doing the excersise wrong?
You have to make sure your doing the exercises correctly other wize they will do more harm than good. I learnt most of what I know from reading books. I recently found a great free book that you can download its full of usefull tip and advise.

zolpidem, 600 mg carisoprodol, 1 mg of clonazopam, all washed down with two shots of whiskey mixed with some frosty Squirt. Besides the painfully obvious, what is wrong with me? The only time I don’t feel mental and physical pain in when I am asleep, and even then it usually comes to me in my dreams.
Keep those answer flowing…I’ll take all the help I can get!
Thats just way too many drugs. Go see a doctor. If the Klonopin and a shot of whisky alone don’t calm you down – you have issues… The rest of the crap is probably making you feel worse, not better.

On my right leg Right under my hip theres a muscle that almost reaches from the bottom of ure hip and kind of goes down ure Thighs. Everytime i do a sprint for a race or when i play soccer that muscle just instantly tightens on me and hurts when i run. My coaches tell me that im not streching b4 i do my runs but i do some stretches. Any1 know whats wrong with it
I think you are just doning the wrong kind of streches. You sould try to do ones that work that area. I would advise doing butterflies for that spot.
